Exhaling

exhaling

Did you all hear it? It was so deep and profound that I’m quite certain it could be heard as far-reaching as Berlin {and the cough that followed that sigh, could certainly be heard as far as Beijing!}. I am now off work for somewhere between the next two and four weeks. My first period of more than 3 or 4 days off at a time since becoming a mother 16.5 months ago. Yes, you read that right. It is a loooooong time coming. I have some time saved up I can finally use and now we are just going to be three, without distraction {the work phone is about to be turned off, ready….done! And if I didn’t have pneumonia, I’d do the Irish jig}.

I just wish it never had to end.

{Today or tomorrow I plan to make some sort of a dint in the email inbox and answer a few questions in comments, but for now, tea and two little ones are calling…!}

    So glad you are getting a good long vacation. Hopefully you will be able to get lots of rest and really shake the pneumonia so that you can have some fun with the children before you have to go back to the grindstone. I did send you an email last week; hope it didn’t go to spam.
