So how did we do last week? Not so bad, especially considering it was a short week! I have to say it again, having weekly goals is making me and my children work so much more diligently, mostly because they are at the forefront of our minds. What are your goals this week?

Great job with your goals! Most of the time my weekly goals are limited to : survive the week! I am going to have to start breaking them down a bit more. As always, you are an inspiration! I am particularly interested in your goal of researching small business ideas? Is your aim to be able to eventually run a small business from your home? I very much would like to do this but I am desperately waiting for the right inspiration to strike me. My husband and I always talk about opening a restaurant, which I know isn’t from home, or some sort of venture like that but I would be so happy to work from home running a small business, shushing my children as I take business phone calls. It is a dream that I hope comes to pass sooner rather than later!
Well done, all of you! I’ve really been enjoying your daily updates. I’m also attempting weekly goals this year, but so far I haven’t been as successful as you…
I can’t wait to read about this week’s progress. I’m very curious about the home educating (even though I don’t have kids) and how you’ll manage that!
(I also have researching small business ideas on my to do list (currently unemployed in a country with a high unemployment rate), so I’ll be happy to read any posts you might have about that.)
Hope you and the wee ones have a lovely week.

Great job of setting goals. I especially like your family goal of visiting a shut in. I know how much this will mean to the person you will select. I have made a lot of progress on my goals of purchasing and setting up new appliances, getting my new laptop up and running and upgrading my operating system on the PC. It was a big cost outlay but my other “stuff” was on last legs and it nice knowing I won’t have to deal with this sort of thing again for a very long time. It was also great to get absolutely everything on a huge sale. I’m also trying to get to my first night class at the university tonight so the year it off to a very busy start…for everyone it seems. I wish you and your family a very Happy New Year and continued success in reaching your goals.

Your week was a wonderful one. From reading your daily updates I know you had a great time covering your goals, well except for the arthritis which caused you so much pain on your walk. Good luck this week.

Let me just say that I love your blog. Great job, not only with the blog but with being such a wonderful mother to those children. I have 2 kids but I don’t even do half of the things you do with yours. You have inspired me to be better. Thank you and keep blogging.
Chanthol don’t be hard on yourself. Parenting is relentless and joy-filled, but I happen to think most of us mamas are doing the best we can each day and that is perfectly fine! I certainly have days I accomplish much less and feel like I wasn’t the best parent I could be. In fact I felt like that twice today. Maybe I’ll blog about it soon.
