Oh summer, we are so glad you are here!  I may still be working, but everything feels so much more relaxed; just what we need after quite the manic 10 months!

Plans for July really make me feel excited and motivated to get back on track. I’ve posted our monthly budget to the right. I hope to do a weekly installment – blogging aids in my accountability, though as a parent it can be hard to follow through; time just seems to run away with me!

On one of your visits to Niagara Falls, I’d love to take your family out for a meal. I’m out of the country until August, but if you make a return trip, let me know :)

oooh it would be so nice to meet. I found out today our trip may be the end of August now (we are going with the sole purpose of meeting up with someone) so I`ll let you know. You do not need to take us out for a meal though, just meeting you would be delightful!

      • Erin Wilson says:

Really, I’d like to treat you to a meal. There is a diner I have in mind if you have time for lunch. They make everything from scratch, and source their food either locally or from organic sources. :)

Ahh, sunshine and growing things…children and gardens! :) Hope your July is fruitful and fabulous!

Really love following your doings with your children – I admire so much what you have taken on, particularly as I can’t imagine doing it myself -I have a patience deficit. I am going to be doing rain dances for the month. Here in the midwestern US we are very dry with temps in the 100s. I expect the heat, but I detest the dry conditions, especially as I love to garden!

Looking forward to more blog posts- I imagine it isn’t easy to find time to write them, and I really appreciate them.

You are sticking to a very frugal budget and I’m glad to see it has treats in there :)
My July s supposed to involve preserving, study and knitting…don’t hold me to that lol xx
