I am not quite sure how I survived the month of May. But survive I did, perhaps with a few more gray hairs added to my head and blood pressure slightly elevated. But survived nonetheless, which deserves a Brownie badge of sorts. And now I’m off on a little adventure and by the time I’m ready to go back to normal it will be June. The name June reminds me of little old ladies knitting, an association which means it has to be peaceful, right?
And lately when I knit, no matter what the chaos of the day, or the lack of support, I think about this journey and my friend Louis because it is a wonderful world and the possibilities are endlessly good, even if sometimes it would be nice if things were a tad easier.
I’ll be away from this space for much of this week, there may a sprinkling of thoughts here and there, but most of my attention will otherwise be focused on precious souls….
And as for clarifications, I’ve finally peeked into my inbox and I’m sorry I’ve not replied to so many emails, like I said May was quite the month but reply I will for I so appreciate your concern and words of encouragement. It seems like some people are worried the password protected posts mean the blog is closing - not at all, more that I will be having a couple of private posts here and there where people will need a password to log in to read those particular posts. And speaking of passwords I haven’t emailed anyone yet but will do in June, oh yes June – a new month, new opportunities and hopefully great news.
I hope everyone has a week filled with blue sky’s, wide open spaces, star-gazing, making, nesting, relaxation and joy! And if you are so inclined I would especially appreciate your prayers this week, starting right now…!

Thanks for sharing your friend Louis with us. He was just what I needed after a busy day and crazy month. I agree, June sounds like a refreshing new start to things.
I am keeping you in my prayers.
What ever your plans or adventures God bless.
Enjoy your adventure.
You got it!!!

You are in my prayers, and Thank You for the inspiration you always provide.
How appropriate to cite Louis Armstrong when talking about forging through the difficulties of life. He grew up incredibly poor in New Orleans, without shoes on his feet or enough food, yet he worked incredibly hard to fulfill his dream of becoming a musician. With enough dedication and determination, he, too, made his dreams come true.
More prayers and vibes of strength your way!!
