    Great goals!

Mine are to spend no more than an hour on facebook a day this week, clean my kitchen and go to the gym 2x!

My goal as normal is to get through the week being happy (ie not having a crash) and to keep eating eggs for breakfast – so hard when I am a cereal girl and not a normal protein lover. Cherrie

Way to go, girl.. you can do this gluten free thing (and every other thing on your list as well!) I found a good gluten free wholegrain flat bread without starch or additives – I leave out the xanthum gum in the recipe and use whatever wholegrain GF flours I have and it still turns out fine. I store it in the freezer and use it for sandwiches or morning toast with jam.

Tht reminds me – I have to make some soon.

I went gluten-free about 5 years ago. No bread, no pasta. Although, manufacturers are getting smarter. Whole Foods has one whole aisle of gluten free products.
My biggest complaint about the industry is that they assume I need “bread” with my meal. I don’t have to have a substitute for “bread.” I can eat a good meal without it.
Just be sure to read labels. Did you know soy sauce has wheat in it? Also, many of the spices have wheat in them.
    Good luck with your goals.
