Weekly Menu Plan

Breakfasts:

  • Greek yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, grapefruit, grapes & seed mix x 4
  • Fruit salad and edam cheese (not together) with cashew nuts x 2
  • Fasting one day

Lunches

  • Homemade soup with salad x 2
  • Beans on toast & carrot sticks
  • Spinach salad with blueberries, grapes, cherry tomatoes, feta, cucumber & toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Nachos with salsa, sour cream, shredded cabbage, sliced tomatoes
  • Pasta alfredo with beetroot salad
  • Fasting

Dinner

  • Homemade lasagna with salad x 2
  • Pasta Alfredo with tomato, cucumber & mung bean salad
  • Salmon with mung bean salad, cous cous and carrot mash
  • Homemade falafel with brown rice & tahini, cabbage salad, corn x 2
  • Fasting
