Must always remember

:: When working hard all day plumping pillows (and the like), one must stop at 3:30pm for a spot of tea (in an Emma Bridgewater cup of course. Can you guess which one? Prize to whoever does!)

:: And a snuggle with a kitty

:: Followed by a quick dream of the sea

:: And finish with planning your weekend

[yes, my weekend plans include donkeys - doesn't yours?]

There you have it, the recipe for a calm and relaxed life ;)

    I’m hoping to spend some time exploring our Valley region photographing Bald Eagles this weekend. This time of year in Nova Scotia we have a large population of bald eagles migrate here. They are such amazing creatures. So BIG and powerful looking. It’s an annual tradition for us to take off for the day or a weekend and enjoy searching for them.
