My new post is up at the Co-op!

An excellent list! Worth cutting and pasting and making a little poster of to remind me on a daily basis. xxx
Agreed with above. A great list to keep tucked in diary or on the frige. Thank you!!
Couldn’t say it better myself!
best wishes, Melanie
A truly inspiring list. Just the thing I would expect from you!

Great list, makes it seem easier which helps!
Great list.
so simple and yet!
An excellent list, FT…At the end I remembered a funny Buddhist quote where a novice master tells his novices that they are all quite perfect as they are and all capable of quite a good deal of improvement.
Very good list. I’m trying to focus on one good thing at a time – today, I’m drinking more water.
Love the list – it’s always useful put these type of ideas all in one place. Easier to focus on what’s important! Enjoyed your latest post at the Co-op too.
This is perfect, it’s almost like my good conscience is whispering to me! I think I will print this list out and stick it somewhere I can see all the time. Thank you
Love this list! I really need to get serious about drinking enough water and eating properly, and I’m sure practicing some forgiveness (on myself as well!) would not go astray.
Cheers
