Never a good time to feel so ill, but definitely not good right now. Yes there are lots of wose things than feeling ill, but we really need to concentrate on you and how your health implications may impact on you now and in the future.
I am hoping that this flat share is temp as long term just wouldn't be good for you!
Will be thinking of you today.
Take good care.

It kind of creeps me out that a nurse wouldn't see the importance of handwashing. (shudder)

I do SO hope you feel better soon, and best of luck with the interview. I'll be praying for both situations.

Hugs!

Wow! You are truly amazing. Is your roommate (flatmate!) situation long term? It sounds like it might not be a healthy arrangement for you. Is she aware of your concerns? I hope you feel better soon and that your interview goes really well!

I can't tell you how much of an inspiration you and your blog have been for me. Since the summer, I have been unsuccessfully trying to downshift my life, as well as get a handle on debt, financial management and savings. Two weeks ago, I switched to a cash system for grocery shopping, with a weekly budget limit (including a long needed, very (um) animated, discussion with my husband about finances). Between that and alloting ourselves monthly guiltfree allowances, I now occasionally actually have money in my pocket. Keeping in mind your commitment to generousity, I walked past a fellow strumming on a guitar in the freezing cold and dropped what I had in my pocket in his case. It wasn't much, but it was all I had at the time and I still felt better for knowing it had gone to someone that could have really used it rather than languishing in my pocket to eventually be used in a vending machine or something.

Oh and, if you have any questions about going wheat or gluten free, I'd be happy to discuss with you.

You never fail to astound me with your thankfulness even amidst serious difficulties. This post made me wish I lived on the same continent and that we were neighbors so I could bring you soup or take you to the doctor--anything to help. I'll pray that you get better very soon, and that the interview goes smashingly well! I'll also pray that you get ridiculous amounts of sleep while your flatmate is at work :-)
