wow I’m so impressed with you! You’re awesome! You know what the best part of excersise for me is? how it clears the fug and foggy ness from my brain. I can think more clearly, usually sleep better, which means I wake up feeling better, etc.

The pasta looks so yummy! It’s breakfast time right now, but my hubby needs to fast for his blood work this morning. Since he cant eat, I can’t eat! That means I can’t have my coffee either! :P

    You’re doing great!

  3. I didn’t take photos today and my dinner was super sized (healthy but HUGE) due to a lot of exercise and too small of a lunch. I’m still on such a learning curve with adding exercise to my healthy eating routine. Hope you enjoyed the sunshine today!

Apropos of nothing- have you thought about changing your blog name? You are so much more than the Notes from the Frugal Trenches in my opinion. It might be too long, but what about “Beautiful photos, inspiring words and heart warming stories along with some frugal notes.”

    Catchy, no? :)

I don’t eat much red meat, but the pictures of the roasts you make look delicious! Perhaps some day you’ll share your recipe with us :)
