No Spending 21/18 days!
I know I’ll be spending tomorrow, so in the month of July I’ve spent money on a total of 10 days, four of those were due to medication b/c of illness. I remember trying not spend 1 day a week in April and finding it hard….aah the difference 3 months makes!

since reading about your no spend days I’ve been giving alot of thought to how and when I spend money, with some planning I think I could start to make no spend days as well
